Starting the Family Blog

Well, I have always been a blogger, mostly on MSN space, but I really liked this site after seeing a friend's page on here. We get to have our own web address that is easy to remember. So, instead of keeping up with my msn blog, I will probably be using this now. George and I are doing well. The move has been hard, but we are getting adjusted. Liberty is a quaint little town. Not exactly our dream place, but will do for now to get George's career going. We do miss Aggieland terribly!! I am enjoying my job so far. Working on the Mother/Baby unit is a dream come true. I have even worse baby fever now though, if that was possible! I met a nice OB/GYN that works at my hospital this week, and as soon as I get my work schedule and new insurance card then the baby making mission can resume again. I tried to send everyone cards with our new address, but I ran out of them. So, our new address is as follows- 2526 Holly Avenue. Liberty, Tx 77575. Home phone is 936-336-7622. Our cells numbers are currently going to stay the same.
George is coaching the 7th grade basketball team right now, and they are doing well. Before he took over they hadn't won a game yet, and now they have won three. It has been hard though, many of them couldn't even dribble and they had no idea what offense was! But, they are good, hardworking kids. We play splendora this thursday at home. George is really psyched about coaching!
I have been sick this week. We had an interesting week! I began to have an asthma attack Tuesday night when I got home from work and all my meds were expired. I also had the chills and took my temp, which turned out to be 101.8! So, we set out on a mission the find the ER here, which we had no idea where it was. I just needed a breathing treatment, but by the time we found the place and they actually got me the treatment it took like 5 hours! I had a really abnormal potassium level (We aren't sure why) and acute bronchitis, which the doctor said was already turning to pneumonia! So, I had to miss the rest of the week at work. I was really disappointed and bored sitting at home being sick! I returned back to work Monday (yesterday) though, and I am feeling better. Well, thats is all that is going on in our lives right now. Until the next post......
