Today Kyle had his 2 week Pediatrician appointment. He is doing great! He now weighs 7#13oz. and is 20 inches long. The jaundice has pretty much resolved. He is eating like a little pig and makes some of the cutest little noises when he is eating or after he sneezes. He can hold his head up for quite a while now--we think he is pretty strong for such a little guy! He also opens his eyes for longer periods of time(he will even stay awake for an hour after feedings sometimes) and will stare at your face like he is trying to figure out who you are.
George and I are loving being parents...even when we are up at 3 am for a diaper change or feeding. It is so great! I never knew I could love someone so much instantly! We can't put him down and we fight over who gets to snuggle him!! We are so lucky!!! Here are some of the most recent pics of him. We think his cheeks are getting chubbier already and he is starting to get a little pot belly.

Again, congrats!! He is adorable! I was just as shocked, by how quickly I feel in love with that tiny baby!! Enjoy every second of this, they really do grow up too fast. You won't really understand that statment for a few months, then you'll look back and you're not going to believe he is already so "big". Take pictures DAILY! Enjoy!!!
