Here we come Anahuac

Well, today George officially accepted the Coaching/Teaching position at Anahuac Middle School. They had a board meeting last night and unanimously voted to hire him. He will teach 6th grade social studies and Coach Middle School football, track, and basketball. We decided this option is the best fit for our family at this time in our lives. I didn't want to leave my job yet, or our new fertility Doctor. Plus, we have some family around to keep us company. George has friends there and knows some of the staff, which is always a plus. No matter what anyone says we have found that it is not who you are, but who you know. Sad but true.

On the house front we are having no luck right now. The market in Anahuac is not the biggest, and we don't exactly have much money to put down. Yet, we make too much money to qualify for any FHA or Rita programs. Man, if only we made 36K combined and had three or four kids. Then, the government would help. Sorry, can't tell that I'm upset about it or anything! Oh, well, I don't know much else to do for my foul mood, except pray and maybe have some chocolate and take a nap. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....................
